A ”Short Term” rental period with Movinn is between:

1 – 3 months

Short term apartment rentals offer our Clients a very high level of flexibility when procuring a temporary Movinn apartment for employees.

Short Term rentals is subject to ad hoc price quotes that usually exceeds our listed long term monthly prices. Please contact your personal Key Account Manager, or our Sales department ( for Short Term price quotes.   



A ”Long Term” apartment rental with Movinn is:

3 months +

Long Term apartment rentals offer our Clients the option to provide permanent apartments for expat employees and hired-out laborers working in the city for longer periods of time.

Total rental costs are made up by a monthy rent and a fixed fee covering utlity expenses. The latter includes electricity, water, heating and media license costs.

Prices and utility costs are visible in our apartment list.

All our Clients have different internal business processes – especially when it comes to invoicing details and signing off on agreements. At Movinn, we set up a customized Client profile to match and handle any degree of individual corporate requirements. This makes procuring Movinn apartments easy and efficient.

Automated Split Invoicing

Should your client/employee fall in love with an apartment that is slightly over budget, we have a solution. We give our clients the possibility to choose automated split invoicing. This means that the company and employee can split the rental payments. This feature will make the apartment search process more efficient, as more options become available, if the resident is willing to pay a small part of the rent him/her self.

Cutting Costs

Having two team-members sharing an apartment cuts the rental cost in half and will also make your home-search more lean and efficient. More apartment-options will become available and one can complete two home searches in one go. Easy and convenient.
